They are starting at the top, as in the ceiling, with the dry wall installation. Here is a shot of the old and the new ceiling. Of course, the joints have to be taped, mudded, and sanded.

The sound booth has been studded out, dry wall there to follow shortly.

The new window trim looks really nice!
